Midori Hirano, a Berlin based composer, who is one of the best creative partners for us JKD, returned to Japan for the first time in 2.5 years. We held a quick interview at JKD studio the other day and she talked to us about her daily lives and music scenes in Berlin and her activities and future.
It’s a 30min interview with fresh POV and inspiration, please check out. (Sorry, it’s only in JP)

Here’s the new radius mix. It’s a powerful sound by Kaito aka Hiroshi Watanabe for worldwide recognition including numerous album releases from “KOMPAKT”,
the largest electronic label in Germany since early 2000. Along with a perfect balance between melancholic sound, which is his signature and cutting-edge machine sound also recognized since the album “Nokton” released in 2019.
You can feel the level of driving energy by the artist. It’s an emotional rescue for all of us. Please enjoy.

An experimental mix by Fumitake Tamura takes you to the deep state of mind. Recorded mix once at the normal speed and dubbed into a cassette tape recorder, making its BPM half. Nice texture. Artwork by Zach Lieberman.
